Not a good experience came in for cornrows and she informs u a couple of hours before so she can charge extra to blow it out also couldn’t detangle my... hair properly but still charged full price for everything good braids tho and uses too much product

If you read through the description of the service you booked, you’d notice it states the service does not include a blow dry. It also states your hair needs to be detangled and combed through before you arrive. The text was a second reminder I do not blow dry, yet I did it anyways to make sure you had braids for your vacation. I informed you before I started it would be an extra charge since it’s not a service I typically provide, and you had no issues. I also informed you before I started that without your hair being conditioned when you washed it, it wouldn't be easy to get the knots out but I would do my best. If you had issues with anything I said before I started you could have spoken up and not gotten the service.
