1 star is actually ZERO Stars for Bob. I DO NOT LIKE writing negative reviews but I'm just so frustrated & upset at what happened I have to share this... info.I hope you don't get the same treatment at this place! I had a very disappointing and one of the worst experiences with Bob. I came in with a clear reference photo and specific instructions: I asked for a low bald fade, no line ups, and only 1 inch off the top. Bob said he understood, but the haircut I received was the complete opposite. He gave me a high cut with no fade, a razor line up I specifically said I didn’t want, and chopped off far more than an inch from the top. When I pointed out that the result looked nothing like the reference photo, he dismissed it and claimed the photo “wasn’t a fade,” even though he had earlier agreed he could do it. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed the last barber who cut my hair, even though the mistakes were clearly from this cut. What made the experience worse is that a professional barber would have admitted the mistake and not charged for such poor service but Bob still did. I left with a haircut I absolutely hated and felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. He said he could make some adjustments, I'm thinking in my mind the only thing you can do at this point is shave my F*ck'n head! I left and will never return. I'll just have to wear a hat for 4 weeks now. Bob doesn’t listen, doesn’t take responsibility, and clearly doesn’t know how to do a proper fade. Save yourself the headache and go to someone else.
