I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The stylist came to my home to do my daughter’s silk press, and u...nfortunately, it did not turn out well at all. My daughter’s hair became puffy soon after, and to make matters worse, she cut my daughter’s hair without my permission. That was never discussed or agreed upon. Then offered to fix it then decided not too i reached out to her about the issue, and she only gave me 30% of my money back, which doesn’t seem fair considering the service and results. I trusted her to do my daughter’s hair for picture day, and I’m very disappointed in how everything turned out both the outcome and the lack of professionalism. Show more
