I hesitated writing this, but think it is a good learning experience for this business. I made a first time appointment with Zohra, who was widely p...raised in the comments. When I walked in, I was greeted and a woman asked me if I was there for eyebrows. I assumed this was Zohra. I waited a few minutes before being taken to a chair. The woman explained she was giving someone a facial. Fine, no problem. Multitasking is great. I explained I just wanted them cleaned up as I was trying to grow thicker eyebrows. She proceeded to work and I should have realized something was not right as it was taking much too long for the process. While my eyes were closed, I heard another voice who I learned later was Zohra. She and the woman briefly spoke and then Zohra took over. Zohra was very friendly and after another few minutes, we were done, I quickly looked at my brows and as shocked at how thin they were. However, as there were others in the waiting area and I did not want to cause any sort of scene, I waited until I was in my car to look at them further. Zohra gave me details on other services offered and current specials. When I got to my car, I saw just how thin they were. As a middle aged woman, it's harder to grow hair in certain areas, so this was a disappointment. At the end of the day, what's done is done and you can't undo it. It will eventually grow back. I just won't go back there again. However, I do think it's important to tell your clients if the person they have their appointment with is not available. I assumed the woman who started working on me was Zohra as I had never been there before. Had she told me she was not Zohra and that Zohra was running late, it would have been my choice to either wait, cancel, or proceed with this woman. I made the appointment for Zohra, not someone else. Had I been given the option, I would have simply waited for Zohra to arrive. Show more
