I have been getting my lashes done by Vanessa for about a year now when she used to work out of a salon. She made me feel welcomed then and continues ...to make me feel welcomed now that she works out of her own suite. Vanessa is so sweet and patient and always makes sure to deliver the set I ask for. She also always finds time to fit me in! I love her work and will continue to keep getting my lashes done with her. Also her suite is really cute and cozy ☺️ Show more

This is how I am left 1 day prior to my wedding. I had previously had a lash lift about a month ago & was assured by Vanessa it would be fine to do my... extensions. Almost immediately after she had completed my set (which took her 5 hours) my eyes were stinging. I informed her and she apologized and insisted it was an allergic reaction. A trip to the minute clinic and $300 later i have a severe chemical burn on both eyes. I typically would not write a review period on a small business but she blocked me, and I want everyone who goes to her to know this is a very real possibility. Upon my own research no professional will allow you to have extensions done after a lift. If she was a true professional she would have informed me of this risk and told me no she can not safely do my lashes. Instead she took my money & i am left looking like this 1 day prior to my wedding. Beware Show more

Hi Maria, Thank You for the feedback! I would like to address I did recommended you to book prior to your wedding so that everything went well but I tried to please your needs, even after you were 30mins late, At the end of the service your lashes were fanned until you confirmed there was no more stinging,You left well & happy with your lashes so unfortunately there was no way I could have known you were going to get an allergic reaction, My lash glue is for sensitive eyes but theres is a chance that some glues are not for everybody,as soon as I was contacted the night prior to you making this review I had already given you a complete refund and confirmed that I did, which is why after I received some discrediting messages the following morning I felt the best I could do as a professional was to not keep going back and forth since i already tried explaining the situation, apologizing and giving you a complete refund.

This was my second time coming and again I do NOT regret coming! She removed what lashes remained from my last set and did a whole new set! I asked to... try something a little more “fluffy” this time for a new look and she 100% delivered. She absolutely took her time and made sure my experience was good. I normally have very watery eyes and she was very consistent with making sure it wasn’t something irritating my eyes! 10/10 worth every second and every penny!❤️ Show more
