The shop is located on the boardwalk in Cypress so absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, I forgot his name and I’m so sorry for that but he is absolutely... great. He is a sweetheart. He’s very friendly and very personable. He did a great job twisting my locs, laying them everything my LOCS came out Beautiful. I would give him five stars. The only reason he has 3 is because when I got to my car. He only placed a few rubber bands on my twist and I had to come home and put rubber bands on everything. And that’s my only complaint. He did an amazing job on my twist. My shampoo was absolutely amazing and it felt great however, I felt that there should have been rubber bands on my twist and if they weren’t then, he should’ve told me that he didn’t place them on and why. I do feel as if I paid for a service I didn’t fully receive. If it weren’t for that, he would’ve gotten the five stars absolutely great person and he’s beautiful too. He’s just beautiful however I feel that I should’ve gotten the service that I paid for or if he wasn’t gonna put rubber bands on them at least he could’ve said so l I would’ve asked him about it while I was still in the shop unfortunately I didn’t notice it until I got down to my car and the walk was just too far to return.he put a few rubber bands on maybe I think there were five of my locks that had rubber bands to keep the twist from coming apart, but they weren’t even on their securely. They just came right off so I’ve had to come home and then put the rubber bands on so my twist would not come unravel half of them that come unravel by the time I got home like I said other than that he would’ve gotten five.
