I found Tansey’s salon services via Instagram, and booked services based on photos posted as those photos show good work. Ms Tansey was distracted fro...m the beginning. For $125, I expected a consultation prior to services starting, but she was on the phone several times throughout the appointment. I’m completely understanding of things happening and the need to multitask, but my blowout was very rushed and I knew the silkpress was not going to come out silky. After straightening my hair and trimming, she showed me a beautiful U-part curly wig that I ended up purchasing for a discounted price. Instead of installing, she gave me 4 cornrows and put the wig on without sewing it down…put edge control on my leave out in attempts to blend my blown out straight hair with the curly hair. I had to rush home to remove the wig and redo my hair as I had someone to be after my appointment. I’m sure she does great work, but I had a very rushed experience and I won’t be back. But I do wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors. Show more

you were so pretty I totally enjoyed you sorry to hear this when you gave me a big tip I was explaining to you that your hair was in very bad shape tried to give you a complete hair care service. I'm which you said you know your hair was in bad shape and do what I needed to do and yes I told you all my alternatives hair styles and wigs I can provide to you and you said you loved that wig as it wasn't a rush silkpress you were the only 1 client at time so their was no need to rush you could of stayed. I reached out to you after seeing this not never knowing it was an issue also remember coming from another stylist and wigs you have to allow time a few visits for your hair to look like my consistent clients God bless.
