I was a little hesitant to post this because I’m not the type of person to stop anyone’s bag, and that is FAR FROM my intention with this post. I want... to make that clear before you read my honest review. This also may not be everyone’s experience, but this was mine. I really admire Brittny’s work, which is why I wanted to book with her. I messaged her on Instagram inquiring about her services, no response. I sent an email, no response. I then decided to schedule a consultation here on Booksy and she reached out to me and we had a really great discussion on what my goals are with my hair, what types of services I’m looking for, etc. She was very attentive and friendly! She even took notes. Before wrapping up the consultation, she said she would send me an invoice shortly. I reached out to her about a week later to follow up with her about the invoice that I still have yet to receive and I had additional questions...no response. I understand that being a business owner can be overwhelming, but it’s a little disheartening when you see that someone does amazing work and you’re willing to pay for their services and they’re not responsive, but making several posts of other clients on social media. I was actually looking forward to becoming a new client of hers🤷🏽‍♀️ Show more

My first time here, but DEFINITELY won’t be my last. Brittny was amazing! I have extremely thick, natural, curly hair and she worked miracles! My hair... was handled with care, she detangled it with ease, and baby…got it bone straight! I haven’t put heat on it in a year, and she trimmed up my hair, told me that’s it’s healthy, and gave her some curls. I loved EVERYTHING about my experience…I will be back! Show more
