The day of your appointment, our airbrush machine—which we normally use to create our ombré designs—unexpectedly stopped working. The specific color you requested isn’t available in acrylic because we achieve that effect using professional airbrush paint. Our nail technicians are experienced professionals, and while they did their best to complete your service using the traditional technique, we understand that the final result was not what you expected. We’re happy to let you know that our airbrush equipment has already been repaired and is back in service. We also appreciate your comment, and we will make sure to continue practicing and improving the traditional ombré technique as a backup in situations like this. My first time at this new location and i love it just as much as i do the one in Haverstraw. Granted my first nail tech messed up my nails but the own...er quickly had one of her other nail tech fixed it at no charge. I appreciate it that alot. I can't wait to come back.

The place is clean for the most part. Definitely needs to work on switching and cleaning tools before and after use. Also, I don’t think smoking on th...e job should be allowed in a big functioning salon like this. Besides that, application was on point and my nails look good and healthy so far.
