Nothing but great things to say about the experience and Rod! This is the 2nd time I’ve seen him and quality is the upmost important thing to him. He ...takes his time and double checks all of his work. Willing to work with you on the haircut of your choosing and makes sure it’s exactly how you want it. The bookings are simple to make and the follow up appointments are just as easy. I like to get my haircut around every 2 weeks and will be going back soon! Show more

Be careful. I booked $120 for “The Works” and this barber left me with an uneven fade with patchy spots on the sides of my head after 90 minutes. I ha...d to book another barber appointment to fix. This barber tried to up-charge me +$20 for trimming my eyebrows (I said “no arch, just trim long hairs” when he asked) and +$10 for an easy gentleman’s part that I could have done myself, calling it a “designer” price item. I have never had to pay extra for these things. When I tried explaining how he didn’t disclose before extra services were going to be billed, he loudly blamed me for calling him a liar and he did not accept any responsibility for the lack of communication. He eventually reduced the price to $120 and I left with a patchy, uneven fade that I have to solve for more money somewhere else. Show more
