I want to start off by saying that I’ve gone to Alejandro a few times now and I’ve never left disappointed until this last time… I’ve been growing out... my mustache for 8 months now and it was finally getting to a place where I really liked it. At every haircut that I’ve gotten with Alejandro, I made sure to tell him that I take care of my mustache and I don’t need him to touch it at all. By now I figured that he got the memo. Yesterday he decided to take matters into his own hands and absolutely butchered my poor mustache. Alejandro didn’t even bother asking me if I wanted it cleaned up. He just went for it. Severely disappointed as I always tip him $15-20. Wish I had taken a photo but I was so embarrassed that I immediately shaved what was left when I got home. Show more
