I had booked an appointment with Manny only to show up and find out that he isn’t there. I waited about 15-20 minutes and he never showed. Go figure t...here was another Manny working, Jose actual name, and all I can say is that he does AMAZING WORK. Very patient with my 5 year old son and did exactly what I asked of him for both myself and son. If I return, it will be to see Jose in the future. Just awesome work all around. He definitely made up for the poor experience of the actual scheduled barber not showing up. One thing I do have to say though is, Manny did text me later that day advising he didn’t receive notifications that he had an appointment scheduled and did apologize. I do acknowledge his apology however it wouldn’t have been needed if he was in the shop already or active within the application. You can’t blame an app for the lack of accountability for customer appointments. I rate the shop high and the barber who helped me high but the negative experience with scheduling is why I rated at a 3 star. Show more
