This is the second time we have came ON TIME and had to wait an hour plus after our scheduled appointment time. It’s really frustrating especially whe...n we have made plans for the rest of the day. She doesn’t apologize for it, offer a discount, or even call beforehand so you won’t be sitting outside in the car wasting air and gas. Her services are great but she needs to do better about the booking times. My daughter’s dad dropped her off to her today and informed me she was still working on a head when they got there and she really didn’t acknowledge him. If we were late, we get charged but if she is late there is nothing taken off the service…

This was my time seeing a beautician in Mississippi. I was scheduled for 2pm and was asked to come at 3pm. Then I arrived ontime at 2:58pm I didn't he...ar or see stylist until 3:30pm. I appreciate having my hair taken down, but I have never experienced the pain from all the pulling before. After I complained I was asked how long I had my braids in? (2 months). I paid for Olaplex treatment, my hair and scalp is bone dry. Stylist told me I should not get silk press because its supposed to storm 😒. I just spent $107 for dry bun. 🙃 She stayed on her phone whole time I was there and had 2 clients scheduled the same time as me. I hate having to say these things, but was expensive experience. I remain civil despite being disappointed because of the kids there.
