PLEASE APPLY REFUND IMMEDIATELY ! I did not receive confirmation for appointment- services were not rendered . Nobody was at address. NO PHONE NUMBER ...LISTED TO CONTACT STYLIST. —- UPDATING AND FILING POLICE REPORT POLICE REPORT# 2025-6010566 — Dear Booksy Support, I’m reaching out to dispute a no-show fee that was wrongly charged to my account. I had an appointment scheduled with Goddess Hair on 07/18/25 @ 2:00 pm and I arrived at the location on time. A woman at the window assisted me and had me sign in. I waited outside the listed address, knocked, and attempted to make contact, but the stylist never opened the door. This is the WARREN VILLAGE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING. I later emailed the stylist, who responded and falsely claimed I was a no-show on the review response. This is absolutely not true—I was physically present, made every effort to connect, and left after an extended wait with no communication or attempt from their end to let me in or confirm the appointment. I signed in on a sign in sheet on the first floor and was sent by the front desk to the 4th floor. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I’m requesting a full refund of the no-show fee as I upheld my part of the appointment. I’m also happy to provide a screenshot of my email correspondence with the stylist to prove my attempts to show up and communicate. Please investigate and let me know how we can resolve this, otherwise I will file a police report for theft of service. Sincerely, Starr Williams Show more

Only issue I had was the scheduling system. I called and setup my appointment but something happened in the system and it didn’t show to the stylist. ...When I arrived, the stylist was super nice and explained that my appointment for some reason didn’t show but she would still accommodate me which I appreciated. The shop is clean, fair pricing, and has all your beauty needs under one roof. I will definitely be coming back again ❤️ ty Achel for the awesome customer service !! Show more
