Worst experience ive ever had! Only giving one star so it will let me share experience. In reality i wish j was able to do zero stars or even negative stars. Color wise didnt get ehat was adked for at all. Felt as if she just did what ever she wanted. Hair cut wise was never asked what i wanted other then how much off at the begining. I had said to my mid back where she then touched n said is this ok. I said yes. So then i dont know why in the world its BARELY over shoulder length. Went home and my husband asked why i let her cut two feet off. Not only was it done waaaay to short she had put in layers as well and the cut was very uneven. About half hour into the service she began answering her phone with what sounded like personal calls. While on the phone continues working... Kept having friends show up and just visiting with them like we werent even there. At one point had a large group show up and was more interested in them then anything. With this group she continued to have a very detailed inappropriate conversation on waxing. Not a very family welcoming place. And on top of that all she had to say was negative about her coworkers. Such an unprofessional atmosphere. Worst customer service ive ever had anywhere. Perhaps without all these distractions she could of done her job correctly. Will never go back and will be sharing this experience with everyone as to keep them from having the same one.
Short Kutz Barbershop & Salon 05/17/2019I do apologize that you feel this way I did however tell your mom and you as well that I wanted you to come back in and do another color session to correct the red that you had on ther bottom section of your hair. removing red is not a one process session I even offered to do the 2nd process for free so your hair could be done on for your wedding. Your mom stated you did not want to do that high refunded money apologize once again. color removal is a process I really wanted to be a finish your hair. i hope you found someone to get the
