OMG! I love this establishment! Gigi is wonderful and easy to connect with, I feel like I’ve known her my whole life. I got my lips, brows and eyeline...r done, she is very OCD about what she does. Done too Perfection! Touch ups, when needed are only $50. I would recommend Gigi to anyone who asks “where did you get that done” Show more
Gigi is an amazing artist . I meant to write this review a year and a half ago and then this past April 24 when I returned for a touch up. She tattoo...ed both my eyebrows and my lips. LADIES BEWARE!! I wish I could give negative stars for this scam artist. She STOLE $500 for a pre-paid eyebrow service that was supposed to be a birth...day gift for my mother. She gladly took the money and then disappeared. Once she finally decided to re-appear after many many attempts to reach her she promised to refund the money. Well that never happens. She should be arrested for theft because that’s exactly what she does. Take money up front and never render the services. Ladies BEWARE! THIS IS the sister of the person who left the other review…you are a thief and a terrible business person. Do what’s right and refund my sister’s money as you promised…..SEE SCREENSHOTS ON THE OTHER REVIEW. Show more

Gigi took $500 of my money and ghosted me! I was a former client and she took me and my trust for granted. I’ve been waiting for a refund after her as...king me to pay her through CashApp since OCTOBER OF 2023. BUYER BEWARE! This is ridiculous and not how any business should behave. I did not take your money. You purchased a $500 gift card. Everyone knows when you buy a gift card they are non-refundable everywhere you go. It clearly states on my website by gift cards they are non refundable they are good forever & do not expire. Because I was closed temporarily due to my health (which is out of my control) but now open. I offered you a free service in addition to using the gift card.

Not sure why you left a 1 star review after coming to me and receiving beautiful eyebrows and then coming back for touchups? You never complained to me in your Facebook messages I wrote to you to ask why? I even gave you discounts to make it more affordable for you.

I’m very disheartened that I trusted her when I purchased one of her puppies to train as a support animal as I’m quadriplegic and need assistance. Aft...er a couple of months and over $3,000.00 we had a family emergency and she agreed to help us watch our puppy for 2 weeks. She has since sold our puppy without permission or compensation. I trusted her and now I’m without our puppy or a refund. Buyers beware!!! Show more

I had very thin eyebrows, Gigi shaped and thickened my brows and now they look amazing! She took her time and made sure that I was comfortable the who...le time! She explained the process to me as well as what to expect for healing. This was my first time with permanent makeup so I was nervous but it was absolutely the best experience I could of asked for! Her office was very clean and very professional. Great location as well as atmosphere. I highly recommend going to Gigi if your a first timer or even switching from someone else!! Can't wait to have her do my lips next! Thank you gigi I couldn't have asked for a better outcome with my brows! Show more

I can't even give her one star!!! I'd give her a negative if I could!! She had me pay her through Zelle and required a$100 deposit just to make an app...ointment. After spending $1250 for services(eyeliner and lip blush), that showed NO RESULTS and a lot of PAIN. I had no idea what to expect and of course my eyes were closed. She actually dozed off on me a few times and said it was her blood pressure. I just thought her hand slipped off my forehead!! NOT WHEN YOU HAVE A NEEDLE IN MY EYE!!!!! I kept asking her if she was alright, and she said yes. I couldn't believe that she was actually "nodding off" !!! I don't think that I'll ever see my money again. Her office is temporarily closed, and she doesn't answer my texts or calls. It was a very expensive lesson learned. I am NOT HAPPY!!! Show more

I had my eye brows eyeliner a lips done paid a fortune shecwants all money in cash ahead or venmo. So I paid and she did the make up then I wanted to ...get my 6 week touch up the lips had no color left and she assured me the touch up would leave color which the re touch up is 50 each thing done so I gave her money in advance and we scheduled app but she never showed I sat over an hour texting and calling with no answer she gave me an excuse she was throwing up on thr side if road. The rescheduled again the next day a d she supposedly was in E R with daughter. I'm coming from mich because I stay in Florida part time so I make app while there. So the I wentcto mich and came back again and she makes up another excuse her husband says I have her phone she is in hospital wow is this too many times making up things and I keep telling her to give my money back she won't answer Show more
I wish I could leave zero stars. Not even deserving of one star. So unprofessional. A complete scam artist. Was late to the one appointment I had with... her. Canceled on me multiple times last minute and always had a heart wrenching story as to why. Will not refund me even though she has not done a single thing for me yet. Now will not respond to any try’s for contact. ALSO HER LLC IS EXPIRED AND SHE IS NOT LEGALLY ABLE TO DO BUSINESS BUT FOR SOME REASON STILL IS. Do your research. Use someone else. Show more
No doubt on talent BUT out of 3 appointments, she was twice a no show! No heads up, not even once I was at the salon. I had to reach out twice and ask... repeatedly where she is at. Everything can happen but to have the customer pay a deposit in case they are a no show, have the customer take the time and drive out, have the customer wait knowing that you are not present!! After the first no show I was still very nice and understanding because she is in general a nice person herself, but talent without respect for each others time and effort is useless. Hours later she did offer to reschedule and that’s it. Nothing else. I wished her well and asked for my deposit, no response. Had to work with my bank to get my deposit back. That’s a “0” for effort to make it right. I guess I was too nice. Show more
Genevieve is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She corrected my eyebrows that were previously done by someone else. She fixed the fading that I ha...d and reshaped them to a more symmetrical shape. I would highly recommend her for eyebrow correction and any other services that she provides. Show more
