I made appt at 10 with a tech, I did not get her. There was 3 ladies talking their language laughing and looking at me funny as if they was talking ab...out me, for 25 minutes with my texh, very unprofessional. Took 1 hour to change polish. Show more

The pedicure was rushed and took less than an hour. The staff was not friendly and appeared upset because I didn’t want to get my toes painted or gel.... My toes already had gel on them and I only wanted the spa pedicure to remove dead skin, clean the toes up, etc. the staff did not take the time to do the pedicure properly and still charged be $40 Show more

Dip With Ombre Organic Pedicure

She was very nice. But inexperienced in nails. It took 3 hours for pedicure and dip powder. Did not know how to speak much English so I could not comm...unicate well with telling her what shape I wanted. I had to have another guy shape my nails and the others couldn’t seem to care less. Overall, I am not going to be going back and this is my 2nd time giving the place another try. Show more

The service was pretty decent but a little to rough on the calf massage and barely long enough on hands and arms. Biggest problem is that it was hard ...to relax... They have two TVs going playing different channels and pop music and you could hear all of them at the same time. Not a spa like experience. Show more

Booksy asked me for a review, and it's this. I went to this place yesterday, and it's the second time I've done my nails there. The first time, the pe...rson who did my nails did a good job. But yesterday, the person who did my nails didn't have the experience that a nail technician should have. She didn't apply the acrylic correctly nor evenly and didn't shape the nails or cover the corners well with the acrylic and making the same mistake with the enamel making lumps spots and making the nails look horrible. We know people need EXPERIENCE to improve their skills, but letting them practice with customers and then charging them the full price for an ugly work is irresponsible and also I was charge more than I booked with the app in both appointments. Report recommend them. Show more
