My first visit to Lux Nails for a Gel Manicure. Within a week my polish chipped. I’ve been to other salons and and have gone 2 or 3 weeks without ch...ipping. For the cost, not very happy.

I’ve been going here for quite a few months and I’ve always been happy with the outcome, however, I came to do an acrylic overlay and the lady had to ...take off the old acrylic overlay and I don’t think she knew what she was doing, I had tell her how to take the old acrylic off, and the first photo is what I showed her I wanted and this was the outcome. they are not even, the thumbs are lumpy and she totally forgot about the design so she just added the silver on. Sadly disappointed. =(

I made appt at 10 with a tech, I did not get her. There was 3 ladies talking their language laughing and looking at me funny as if they was talking ab...out me, for 25 minutes with my texh, very unprofessional. Took 1 hour to change polish.
