Hello Leah, I’m sorry that your highlights didn’t turn out the way you liked on the day of, you did say you only wanted golden warm highlights and that was the outcome we got. I also explained based off the lighting your in it may make the highlights look a little more warmer. But the color we got was the color you discussed you wanted to achieve, when we first did your hair at the appointment. When you came in again a few days after your first appointment you explained it was too warm, which is the color you wanted originally. I did discuss before the service started that it would be lighter than the original day when we first did your highlights. You agreed it was fine and to get rid of the warm tone which is what I did and I toned it again and gave you a dicount because we only did a partial highlight instead of an all over highlight again, I also gave the discount because you weren’t happy with the warm tone you wanted originally. You were upset that it was a little lighter and I explained that before the service started that it would be. Again I’m sorry that it didn’t turn out the way you wanted, even though that was the outcome you wanted originally. I also helped you find other shampoos and conditioners to help tone the hair if it became too warm again for you when the highlights fade. Have a nice rest of your day!
