KID STARTER LOCS

I took my daughter in so she could start her loc journey about 4 weeks ago. That appointment went well. When we took her back for maintenance my child... left looking like she didn’t even touch her hair. Granted my daughter was 15 mins late but I would have preferred for her to cancel than to say she was finished and send her on her way with her hair looking like that. She charged $120 and because we didn’t see her hair until after we already paid, when we finally saw it we requested a refund. But of course she said since she was late that she could only refund $50. I can’t and will not send my child to school like this so I have to pay someone else to fix this BS. She’s supposed to be a professional so why would you EVER send someone out of your chair like this. Show more

I’m very professional at what I do my policy was not met she was 30 minutes late which interfere with other clients threatening to cancel for homecoming. I did not do a rush job and she did not leave my chair like that I have a video neat parts and I mentioned she is going through the budding stage and I recommended a style because she is young and her hair sweats. I did not hesitate to give you refund because I run my business very professional and not to mention she came in with her previous style so it set me back 45 to 50 minutes when all my services say all previous styles should be taken down day of appointment!
