Hi Lenora, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and that you left unhappy — that’s never the goal. I take pride in my work and in making sure every client feels comfortable and confident when they leave my chair. I also want to acknowledge the miscommunication on both sides. If there was any moment where I came off impatient, I apologize — that’s not how I aim to treat anyone nor would I ever do anything Intentionally to anyone that's not who I am. That said, I would never intentionally give a client a result they didn’t ask for. I always try to work with what’s possible based on the hair and the service requested, but I understand that the end result didn’t meet your expectations.
