Thank you for your honest feedback♥️. I never personally received a message from you and it was all through a third party. I received one message about a same day appointment and let her know I was busy. That was sunday. I hadn’t personally heard from you or was told another time and day you were free. I communicated everytime with the third party it was brought up about your service. You booked an appointment without consultation and I explained to the third party that I have clients not on my calendar in BOOKSY. I also have an injured hand due to an accident. Which again could have been communicated properly had I heard from you personally. They did mention that you reached out to my booking number but I didn’t receive it. I also asked the third party what piercing you wanted and they went past it and I said to give my personal number💜
