Barber never showed.. texted me at the time of my appointment that she couldn’t cut my hair… very unprofessional and unacceptable. Would not even answ...er when I called. In response to the barber. I received a text 8:00 that morning you wanting me to reschedule I explained to you that day was the only day available to me and you replied that’s fine see you at 6pm. You then texted me a very lengthy text at 6pm saying your car was on fire that morning. I called you and you never returned my call. You had the entire day to reach out to me and waited until my exact appointment time to call. I drove 30 minutes to get to you after work fighting traffic to make sure I was on time. I’m sorry that happened to you but as a business owner you have to communicate with your clients better. Show more

I sent 2 texts and called twice that day, it went straight to voicemail you called while I was at the hospital being seen. I can send you screenshots. My car caught fire on 70 and blew up. I texted you video proof of the vehicle. I was in the hospital majority of my day due to smoke inhalation as I have asthma. (I was trapped in the driver side had to climb out the passenger side) I did offer you a FREE cut next time you needed one for the inconvenience that I caused. Again I do apologize for that. I understand your frustration but that day was completely out of my control and I am just grateful to still be here replying to this review🥲
