I absolutely loved this place! Everyone was so kind. The store was clean and vibes were immaculate! They offered me free coffee I was little tired but... they were very nice about it. My hair turned out better than the picture I showed them. I’m definitely going back and I think everyone should check this place out if you want your hair done right!! They have every service you need. Definitely 10/10 experience! A big thank you to everyone there for being amazing! Show more

Tengo 3 quejas 1. Te cargan más dinero del que te tienen que cobrar a mi se me cobró $100 por acrílicas simples y un pedicure que pedí que no fuese en... gel (sin embargo me lo hicieron) 2. Cuando te hacen las uñas acrílicas no te hacen limpieza ni te recortan las uñas ni nada, simplemente te desgastan la uña y luego te pegan el tip ($60 me costó ese chistecito) y era un acrílico repito sencillo, normal de un solo tono sin tanta gracia. (A parte me dejaron hoyos me dieron solo dos pasadas de esmalte) 3. La pedicura como comenté en un inicio fue en gel cuando claramente le había dicho a la señorita que la deseaba con esmalte de uñas normal. A parte no me hicieron limpieza completa como pedicura, no me sacaron ningún uñero ni nada en lo absoluto, solo cortaron (emparejaron) y limpió por ahí medio medio. Entonces no me parece justo que me hayan cobrado tanto por un servicio de pedicura en gel que yo no pedí y todavía tengan el Descaro de decirme son “$5 extra por tal cosa” (que ni recuerdo muy bien, porque me fui cabreada de ahí) Abusivas, aprendan a respetar las decisiones de sus clientas. Fui a este lugar porque había tenido una mala experiencia con otro donde hicieron que pierda mi uña del pie, y salí decepcionada, no lo recomiendo a menos de que sean personas a las que les apesta la plata y quieran gastarla porque les da la gana. Terrible experience, nunca volveré, hacen un trabajo pésimo y no responden por sus acciones
La atención es muy buena, me recibió Betty, con un cafecito; solicité unas mechas rubias, me las hizo Arelis, además Laura me hizo las uñas con esmalt...e permanente, las que me atendieron no son toscas al tocarme, me atendieron con mucha amabilidad. Gracias por su paciencia y suavidad al hacer su trabajo ya que soy una cliente “complicadita” . Recomendable, volveré para el retoque 😀 Show more
