I was advised that she was in a car accident the day prior to my appointment. She asked if it was okay for my grandson to sit on the floor while she d...o his hair. I stated he wouldn’t mind. Now, I paid $150 that did not include a shampoo and conditioner. So he got his starter locs done dirty. She could have asked me to shampoo his hair and given a discount due to her injury or just deny the service. This is not great business. I wish I could find a dedicated old school loctician. These youngsters not doing it for me!

Thank you for your review. To clarify, you were given the option to choose the seating arrangement, cancel, or reschedule. I also asked in advance if you could shampoo his hair before the appointment due to my limited mobility. At that time, we could have discussed a discount or alternative arrangements, but you expressed no dissatisfaction and gave me the impression we were in agreement. Instead, you left a dishonest review that misrepresents the situation and attempts to harm my business. I hope you find a stylist who can meet both your needs and your budget. Thank you for your time.
