I received a receipt through Booksy for a $21.88 payment to Luvlee Hair Company LLC on August 26, 2026. Payment was also set on automatic payment. I h...ave never booked an appointment with this company, did not receive this service, and did not authorize this payment. I previously used Booksy to book appointments with a different hair company, so I am very concerned about how my payment information was used for a business I never booked with. I have already reported this unauthorized transaction to my bank. I am leaving this review because I was directed to review this appointment, but this was not my appointment and this charge was not authorized by me. I am sharing my experience so other customers are aware and can keep a close eye on their payment information and Booksy transactions. I hope this issue is taken seriously and that I can get an explanation of how this unauthorized transaction occurred.

Good afternoon. I understand your concern regarding the charge, and I’d like to clarify the situation. The transaction was not a random charge initiated by Luvlee Hair Co. Our Booksy system shows an appointment scheduled for August 26, 2026 at 2:45 PM for a Demi Color Black service. Because the appointment was not canceled and was recorded in the system as a no-call/no-show, the applicable fee was processed in accordance with the booking policy agreed to when the appointment was scheduled. I understand that you are stating that you did not personally book this appointment. Had you reached out to me directly regarding the charge, I would have been more than happy to review the booking details with you and investigate the situation. Instead of leaving a 1-star review based on an issue that I had not been given the opportunity to address, I would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve your concern directly. I take concerns regarding client information and payments very seriously. I am also willing to cooperate with Booksy and/or your bank should an investigation be necessary to determine how the appointment was created. At this time, my records simply reflect that an appointment was scheduled through my booking system and that the no-call/no-show policy was applied accordingly. I value my clients and always strive to handle concerns professionally and fairly. I hope this provides some clarification regarding the transaction.
