First of all the barber showed up 20 minutes late. I made an appointment for my husband for a barber based on the reviews. He decided to cut someone e...lse’s hair and leave my husband to the woman who works there. She barely did anything to his hair and did not shave his neck as requested. What a waste of $35. As per the owners response: my husband did not get layers and I said nothing about shaving a beard so I’m not sure where that came from. Show more

We apologize for this situation and the miscommunication that we had the reason being that the barber did not cut your husband is because he does not specialize in long hair your husband's hair was long and you wanted layers that's a job usually done by a stylist not all barbers cut long hair. Also the service you picked was a Mens haircut which does not include the beard that's a separate service listed in services. Again we apologize for the misunderstanding.

Never takint my child to this place again. They don't care if your child cries out to almost choke. They only worry about the next appointments. I was... trying to clam my son and they said let us do our job we work by appointments. What kind of service is this. They shouldn't be in the business. Never going back to this place again. We apologize for the misunderstanding what the barber was trying to say was that there was other appointments waiting and we understand that sometimes it is difficult to cut a baby that's crying but we have to continue the haircut and can't stop every 2 to 3 minutes it would be unfair to the other clients waiting there turn.
