We apologize for this situation and the miscommunication that we had the reason being that the barber did not cut your husband is because he does not specialize in long hair your husband's hair was long and you wanted layers that's a job usually done by a stylist not all barbers cut long hair. Also the service you picked was a Mens haircut which does not include the beard that's a separate service listed in services. Again we apologize for the misunderstanding.

We apologize for the misunderstanding what the barber was trying to say was that there was other appointments waiting and we understand that sometimes it is difficult to cut a baby that's crying but we have to continue the haircut and can't stop every 2 to 3 minutes it would be unfair to the other clients waiting there turn.
