I’m sorry I asked her was she ok the whole time but your baby was tender headed , held a bad head and was trying to hold ya hand while dealing with hot tools I also burnt myself through this process , you brung her with tangled hair and I had to be the bad guy , I tried to comfort her through it I also gave her candy , I tried is all I can say sorry I didn’t meet your expectations.

Hair was too greasy from too much hair products and the site does state what's included for each service. Not sure if the price includes shampoo and s...tyle, such as curls. I wasn't informed that curls were extra until I asked for my balance.
