He’s all good until you have a emergency and have to cancel, which I did 2 hours in advance. Life happens and No one should receive a backhanded rude ...text for it. I’ve booked 6 times. Been on time and respectful for each one. & I was still courteous enough to let him know I couldn’t make it in the midst of the situation. There are to many barbers in the world for someone to think they can provide poor customer service and not be replaced. Show more

Mam the txt wasn't rude,i expressed my concern,saying a late cancellation will be an inconvenience for the next client. Most barbers have a late cancellation fee. Once you relayed the message all was well. I'm here to do my best job,it's work and when it becomes personal,it's handled as such.
