Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. With children they have a hard time sometimes expressing theirselves. My son told me the next morning... that he didn’t like his hair and it was too tight. From the pictures I loved it. However Once I was able to look at it my self in person. I felt the barrels could have been done better but I was not upset until I reached out and was told since it was the next day it was nothing she could do besides loosen it and I had already done that. I don’t usually leave reviews but by it being a kid and days before Christmas I felt like something could have been offered to fix the situation. I didn’t feel the need to debate about a persons professionalism or policy. We just won’t be booking again unfortunately. Show more
