When I came in for my appointment the salon was busy. Helen found me a seat and got started with my appointment as soon as she was done with the perso...n who came in before me. Helen offered me food, throughly shampooed and conditioned my hair, and sat me under the dryer. Helen was efficient and checked in with me before trimming my hair, which was greatly appreciated.
