I explained why we couldn’t shave between your lip and chin. It was a very tight space and would not be 100 with a razor. You agreed (before the cut) and we proceeded. We did use the shaver that got just as smooth as a razor in that area. We did what we could with your line up man. We used the brow dryer, comb down and holding spray. With the beard, I know it takes time to grow out and with it being your first time in I told you we will take little by little until you were happy with the length. You said it looked good and maybe that's because you felt rushed? We reached out for a full refund but you won’t respond. We hope you find another shop that provides everything you're looking for bud.
