The person I had did not speak English. Whenever I made a suggestion or gave direction about a specific need she had to call the front desk person to ...come to our station to translate. The service itself was slow and sloppy. She did not remove all of my nail polish after several tries. Because she didn't speak English, she also started doing things I did not want her to do with my nails. Overall it was a very frustrating experience and I will not be going back. Show more
