My worst experience at the Nail Spa. One staff member started my services and then handed me off to someone else because seven little girls came in fo...r a birthday party which included nail services -- they became the priority. The second person who was doing my manicure jumped up multiple times to cover the front desk and check people out. Everyone else was busy with the kids/birthday party. No problem to have kids there or a party, but don't book other people. It took over 90 minutes for my man/ped and it all felt rushed despite taking so long. When I said something about my experience, I was told "don't come on a Saturday afternoon". Rest assured, I will not again. Show more

Our technician took extra care with your color correction to fix your nail which You messed up yourself , that’s why required additional time. I confirm with my technician she didn’t said don’t let you coming Saturday afternoon , all clients are always welcome. The brief interruption was for a customer called in salon, which we hope you can understand happens in busy environments. We attempted to call you directly to discuss your concerns but couldn't connect. We value your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to make this right.
