Been in search for a quality barber for a while. Where the best was at times but inconsistent always late or no show or moved appts. Idgaf, a lot of b...arbers charge to much that straight up doesn’t reflect service and quality anymore. They treat us like we rely on them and it should be the other way around. What happened to customer service in this industry? Though we as customers do have one advantage. The saturation of barber options are endless rn. I’m not saying this about all barbers by the way. But I’ve gone to many. Whether it was a great customer service but needs improvement on quality or vice versa. Some can clip and scissor and some can’t do both. It’s been 6 months and I think I finally found the best of both worlds with TJ. Show more
