My last experience wasn’t so well, she had to leave for circumstances that was out of her control which I understand but I was left waiting on top of ...her already running behind.. I had a 2nd job to attend to and missed out on money because I wasn’t out in time. There was no apologies or accommodation (money off )It was my birthday so I had to stick it out, however I felt she did a rush job on my hair it only lasted 4 days total and the 2nd day my hair was lifting and ponytail came clean out. Reached out for her to reapply pony tail and that’s exactly what she did instead of fixing the whole thing (seeing that the rest of my hair was lifting already) , I reached out again 2days later asking cam she give me a retouch and she still was trying to charge me which I felt wasn’t fair . I gave 3 stars cause she seems like a sweet girl and my last hairstyle which was a Bob I was satisfied with. I just feel like this time I did not get my monies worth Show more
