My son can be a bit nervous during haircuts, and it’s not always easy for him to sit still, but Brian handled everything with such calm and professionalism. He took his time, spoke to my son in a reassuring and kind manner, and made sure he was comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how attentive Brian was to my son’s needs. He kept checking in with him, asking if he was okay, and even engaged him in friendly conversation to keep him relaxed. It’s rare to find someone who knows how to make a child feel at ease while still delivering a great cut. The result was fantastic—a haircut that my son absolutely loves!
