Hi, I wanted to reach out to apologize for your previously scheduled appointment. Unfortunately the client before you was running late and that caused me to fall behind. It is a little difficult for me to look at my messages while working on a client, and when I had come out to let you know I was ready, you had already left! Again, I’m truly sorry that I was unable to make this appointment work for you. I'm working on fixing all of the kinks with the booksy app (which is new to me) and will be putting in place a late policy, which I believe will prevent another event like this from happening.
