Well, I finally booked the appointment! Rita did not disappoint! I loved my session! She really took the time to sit and talk to me before of what I ...wanted my intentions to be, what I wanted to release, and points of my body that were giving me pain or trouble. She explained what the reiki healing would entail in detail. I went in feeling heavy and weighed down by negative energy, with tears in my eyes. I walked out of her session feeling like I had clarity, peace of mind, and not a worry on my mind. It was an amazing experience and I definitely will be back for a tune up! Words can’t describe how I feel after my time with Rita. Days later and I’m still feeling the effects of my session with her. I was having so much pai...n throughout my body prior to my time with her. Rita was excellent in explaining how the session was going to go before she began. I liked that she had me complete a health assessment questionnaire together. I spoke about the different issues throughout my body along with newly diagnosed health problems. She had explained the importance of setting an intention before beginning. One of my favorite parts was the sound bowl healing. I could feel it resonating throughout my body with the energy going towards my heart and warmth in my ears. My intention was to heal my heart with a newly diagnosed heart condition and my hearing becoming more difficult despite wearing hearing aids. Thanks so much Rita for your healing hands. Show more

Emotion Code Healing Release 1st Time/2 Sessions

I wasn't 💯 sure of what to expect with this session, but I was very open to it. I have had Reiki sessions several times in the past, but wanted to tr...y something a little different. The emotion code healing released very deep rooted emotions that Reiki likely can't. Rita was able to even get to one emotion of "shame" that had been with me since birth AND that particular emotion went back 10 generations!!! She was able to release 10 trapped emotions in all! (The max for 1 session). The session itself was very relaxing, a cozy safe environment and by the end I felt like I could laugh and cry all at the same time. Over the next few days, I have just felt more "lightness" in my soul...overall less heaviness. Rita is so warm, nurturing and intuitive. She is a true healer with a powerful gift ❤️ Show more
