Loc retwist with basic style

Sent my son for a loc retwist with basic style. She retwisted but no style I asked about it on pickup. Horrible attitude said he had two strands last ...time but I did not book for it (he didnt ask for it last time). Then she went on to talk about how his hair won't lock because he won't keep his hands out of it (his hair wouldnt have locked how she left it either) which is not true he took care of his hair and it was twisted to where he could not manipulate it and the style plus he slept with a bonnet and kept it dry. I could tell my son was almost in tears and went home in tears. She went ahead and threw in whatever style she wanted to do and my 14 year old was literally in tears cause he gotta go to school tommorrow embarrased. PLUS on top of all that I booked with the app and she changed the time last minute and changed the time the other 2 sessions but had the nerve to rush him out the chair. Prime example of wanting to get paid but not do the job she was paid for. VERY rude and callus for no f'ing reason. Needs to learn how to talk to people's children as well cause who tf plays with peoples kids and talks crazy to them???? I advise her to be a better human and a more professional "stylist". In response to your reply I paid for a retwist with a basic style he is old enough to know how he wants his hair as a stylist you should ask im doubtful you was even gonna style it and just let it unravel. Also he told me his face had water dripping and he tried to wipe it with a towel and you told him "you he can have water dripping down his face". How tf is that a pleasant experience???? Then you go on to tell him how atrocious his hair is???? He said you was rough and perking his head. Girl get some rest and some help . Only thing you go out of your way for is to get paid clearly. And you NEVER asked him he said he was waiting on you to ask about a style so he ASSUMED you would redo the stlye you did last time. unfortunately I couldnt be there because you cant make the appointments you post on booksy which makes clients have to reaarange ( We book availability based on our schedules just like you post based on yours!! Our time is money also) Them other reviews are not lying you clearly was agitated, short and rude you gives no f's about people and word of mouth is very real! I pray nobody else goes to superfresh and has to experience your pleasure 🙏🏾 enjoy that funky 65 cause it's the last you will see from me should gave you half for the half ass job you do . Show more

This is unreal as much as I do to assure a pleasant experience & I still get shaded!!! This client clearly booked for a retwist with basic style. Then decided after I had already twisted it that the mother wanted a two strand which I do as I retwsit the locs. I clearly asked this young man how he wanted his basic style.

I started my loc journey in February of this year. My hair gas not been this healthy since I was a kid. My mom let me start coloring ny hair in the 8t...h grade and that was the beginning of "me" playing hairdresser. I use to color and perm my hair at the same time, not understanding I was chemically burning it out. I was thinking the "sore burn" was me leaving it in too long, not so, I was to wait 4 weeks or longer before I either color or perm my hair. My hair has grown and is beautiful. This was a horrible experience for our 9-year-old daughter. We thought everything was going fine until we left the hair appointment , my daughter wa...s upset with tears in her eyes. Our daughter told us this woman was talking about us to another lady in the shop saying I guess your parents know better than her." WoW ! whatever that means ! Also told my daughter it looks like she ain't had her hair done in a month REALLY!! You could of told us, not a child.( After the appointment I explained to her what happened with her hair not knowing all this time you talking to her like you did.) Also told our daughter to quit crying she's too old for that. SMH, who are you !!! And on top of that, she told her to be still and sit her ass down!!! We don't even t talk to our daughter like that !!! Bullying a 9 year old! If there was a problem you could of came and got us, She asked us we can wait outside from the last visit ,I see why, so she can talk shit about you and cuss at your child!! We will never make this mistake again, at another shop, We will be there sitting with her. I also let our daughter know if any body is making her feel like that too run up out that chair to us , and not to worry about anyone doing anything to her, anyone that talked to a child like this there's something seriously wrong with them, it took everything for us not to turn around and cuss this woman out.
