Book appointment and they got to me soon as I got there but had walk ins before me I was there for an hour half went out with no silk press just was...h and roller set what a disaster I had a wedding the next day.Still got charged half of what I paid up front when I book my appointment I will not be going back did not know that he took walk ins at all the reviews were good that’s why I book the appointment with him. He did apologize but I was expecting a full refund. Show more

Fridays are open for both appointments and walk-ins, which is noted in our policy, and we do our best to accommodate everyone fairly. As for the refund, since part of the service (wash and roller set) was completed, a partial refund was issued accordingly. We also advised you not to leave so we could correct the issue before your event. I truly appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll give us another chance to make it right in the future.
