Never going back. Wasted money for a hairstyle that only lasted two hours and then blamed for the result. I feel scammed. While I was there they never... made an effort to make me feel comfortable in the environment. Hairstylist first step was to comb through dirty dry hair? Never seen that before, lost lots of hair from that. Very heavy handed and unsanitary, towels were dirty. Expressed concerns and they didn’t try to make it right, just got dealt the short end of the stick. Show more
