Very unprofessional. The address in the Booksy app is not the address she works at. After I arrived at the wrong location I had to walk to her actual ...location, then once I got there she proceeded to tell me she was in a “time crunch”. So we settled on not doing the haircut and retwist I scheduled for. 2 days later I find out she didn’t even retwist all my dreads. Some are still just single strand and I gave her a 15$ tip. Her prices are all wrong too. Show more

If I could give zero stars that would be awesome. First and last time client who came for service because I was officiating a wedding. Double booked s...o I was asked if I could come later to which I said no because I have a wedding to attend, so then I was sent down the street 2 blocks away to their “sister” salon. My appointment was for 12-2:30pm. I didn’t not leave the salons until after 4:30pm to which made me late for the wedding!! When I finally had a chance to look at my entire head I realized the stylist allowed another “stylist” to help her but knew she didn’t complete the style that I paid for! Half my head is in two strand twist with knots, while the rest is two strands with nothing!! Hair is uneven and to think I prepaid the tip I feel like I was robbed! Now don’t get me wrong it looks nice if you don’t mind looking tacky!! Then I text the stylist to let her know my displeasure and disappointment and she didn’t respond. The service was just overall bad! Show more
