I scheduled my appointment a week in advance for 6/19/25 at 1:00 PM. At 12:00 PM on the day of, the barber texted me saying he couldn’t make it and ne...eded to reschedule for 3:00 PM. I rearranged my entire day to accommodate him, only to show up at 3:00 PM and find that he wasn’t even at the shop. By 3:30 PM, he still hadn’t arrived. I reached out via text, and he claimed he was stuck in traffic — but when I asked for an ETA, he didn’t even bother to respond. I ended up wasting my entire afternoon waiting around for someone who clearly doesn’t respect his clients’ time or commitments. I had an important event to attend and now have to scramble last-minute to find another barber. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. If you value your time and reliability, do not book with this barber. This was a disgraceful experience. I would never treat a customer this way. Show more

Hey Rafael, First, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience I caused you that day. I completely understand how unprofessional and disrespectful the experience must have felt from your perspective. I just want to share with you that I was in a serious car accident while on my way to the shop for our 3 PM appointment. My car was totaled, and I ended up with a minor concussion, a broken nose, stitches in my cheek, a busted lip, and a large seat belt bruise across my chest. I was taken by ambulance and treated at St. Joseph’s Hospital. After being discharged, I texted you with pictures and tried to explain the situation the best I could. I’m not someone who takes my clients or their time lightly. I would never intentionally leave someone hanging like that. I totally respect your decision and understand your frustration, but I hope you can see this for what it truly was an emergency situation that was completely out of my control.
