Showed up for the appointment and Oscar was not there. Two different barbers in the shop tried to reach him with no answer. Communication is key. I un...derstand that things come up but not notifying me that he would not be there is not only unprofessional but shows he doesn’t care about his customer. My time is valuable and he showed that he doesn’t respect my time. Hopefully in the future he treats his profession as a business instead of a hobby. Show more
