My experience was horrible. Stylist argued with me about what I originally asked for and my hair is uneven. Made me uncomfortable to bring up anything... else. There’s is one star because I can’t put zero and her braiding isn’t bad. Show more

Thank you for coming again and sorry if you didn't like your experience but a lot of what you say is not true... I never argued with you. I simply reminded you what you asked me. As soon as you came you asked me for a line of braids on the right side in blonde color and some highlights... I asked you if you wanted highlight or peekeboo you told me "highlight" and when I started being on the 2nd line you told me again to do more blonde braids. I said OK it was when I was on the last line of braids at the back side that you told me that there is a lot of blonde that you asked for peekeboo I was surprised and I tried to remind you that you asked for highlight braids not peekeboo and that it is different. You said no I even explained to you that when we spoke by message before your appointment you asked for "highlight". your entire performance was recorded so I know what I'm saying... even the braids in front you asked me to make them short after when I finished you said that too short... okay I can understand that you don't like your hair and I'm sorry again but I did what you asked me and I didn't argue with you in any way I just explained to you. Thank you again for coming.

I got my braids done about a month ago and they've been holding up really well. I bought my own human hair pieces and they haven't tangles, but I als...o ow that to how well she's installed them. Only about 3 curly pieces have fallen and part of that is from my own doing. Piki is very professional and fast. My appointment was at 8 and I left her at 4 just like the allotted time said. The product she used didn't have my hair itchy and didn't build up like most gels I've had in my head. I will 100% be going to her again for my vacation in December. Show more

I made this appointment and got my hair done in a 48 hour window. She was so nice and accommodating and did such an amazing job. The location was clea...n spacious and comfortable. My hair took about seven hours and she was sweet funny and relatable. I enjoyed conversations the TV show she put me onto and my hair came out so beautiful. I’ve gotten compliments every single day on it. I love my hair and I booked an appointment for my niece to go see her next week. Not only is she more affordable than some of the people that of charge as this is not a style everyone does but she is also a really nice person. My braids are amazing!!  Show more

I absolutely loved my hair but I gotta be honest, ignoring a client that did nothing wrong to you is insane. This is the first time I’ve been treated ...like this by a hairstylist. The only criticism I gave her was why my hair was already flaky 1 week later. I told her maybe she used too much. Never had this issue before with braids. I was very respectful and I thought maybe the gel she uses is not a good fit for my hair/scalp. Totally okay! I always wash my braids anyways, but didn’t think I had to wash my hair so soon! She messaged me back saying she doesn’t ’t use a lot of by gel and that was that. Then I message her about a touch up service and she leaves me on read. I message again and she ignores me. I never came at her crazy, like I said I was very respectful but it is what it is. Please Be more professional moving forward. Edit to Piki’s response: are you OK? My first sentence in my review was I absolutely loved my hair and yeah I’m glad I didn’t leave a good review because look at your communication skills. You had no problem responding to me via Instagram when I was asking questions before and after I made my appointment, you had no problem responding to me via Instagram the day I got my hair done when I was asking you if you use synthetic or human hair, you were responding to me via Instagram when I told you that I was telling people about you when people were stopping me on the street about my hair. so please make it make sense that you had no problem responding to me back to back but then all of a sudden you leave me on read and don’t respond to me when I mention about the flakiness? lol like I said I came at you respectfully and you decided to leave me on read since Monday. I gave you some grace. I could’ve left a bad review when you didn’t respond to me the first time, but I wanted for sometime to pass because I know you’re busy and you just move locations but I sent you another message yesterday morning and no response for 15 hours. You’re not slick like I said work on your professionalism and communication skills I wasn’t trying to be rude. I just wanted to know why my hair was already flaky after one week there are 1 million and one braiders in Washington state babe you’re not special. Have a good one Show more

lol For someone who told me that she loved her hair who gave my number to people and that she would give me a very good review after her service I’m shocked but it's fine. You can see that your messages have not been opened it... it happens to be busy and not answer. I have a community manager and I am not always connected on Instagram. You didn’t write on my phone number or call me just because I didn’t respond to your messages you come to give me a bad review wow lol I wouldn’t say more thank you!

What you say is not true! And I have proof. My niece was there during the time I have been doing your hair. I never put the gel in your hair. I was even teaching her how she should do if she has customers like you who don’t want gel. It was you who asked me to put gel on the front of your hair. Your own gel you brought it! And you had asked me several times if I had put some I told you no! What do I gain by putting gel to put in your hair? If I couldn’t do it without gel I’ll tell you before I start! This is not my first time braiding without gel. You were not dealing with a beginner I was very patient with you despite your attitude... You even took MY MONEY saying that you didn’t have change knowing that I told you that it was ONLY CASH the day before and how much it was...It’s the first time someone gave me a bad review after 17 days that I did your hair... but I’m not surprised who it comes from... but thank you ! God is faithful!
