Per our text conversation, you were made aware of what each catagorie was. Per the price you stated; you were informed that the price point was for a single process color. You choose to book the appointment; and rather than showing up; you choose to no-show vs. communicate. Then, you dieced to come online and leave a one star review, because it wasn’t the price that YOU wanted to pay. For the prices that you wish to pay for, you can always go to a beauty school. However, YOU choose a professional establisment with good ratings, because we bend over backward for our guests. We DO NOT cut corners, hence all of the 5 star reviews. We have to price our services to cover our over head, Rent, electric, etc. I believe you have forgotten that we are a business and not a charity. I WILL not be intimidated by the review, nor acquiesce to your insolence.

I removed my wig and revealed my natural afro, which was in need of some serious TLC. So Josh did my hair, I have naturally curly hair and it is gray, and I had always dyed my hair, copper red auburn somewhere in that family, and I was ...tired of straightening it with the straightener, Josh recommended a keratin treatment and a high gloss color, and I couldn't have been more pleased He explained everything and how to maintain it and it was just a wonderful experience.
