Per our text conversation, you were made aware of what each catagorie was. Per the price you stated; you were informed that the price point was for a single process color. You choose to book the appointment; and rather than showing up; you choose to no-show vs. communicate. Then, you dieced to come online and leave a one star review, because it wasn’t the price that YOU wanted to pay. For the prices that you wish to pay for, you can always go to a beauty school. However, YOU choose a professional establisment with good ratings, because we bend over backward for our guests. We DO NOT cut corners, hence all of the 5 star reviews. We have to price our services to cover our over head, Rent, electric, etc. I believe you have forgotten that we are a business and not a charity. I WILL not be intimidated by the review, nor acquiesce to your insolence.
