I booked a specific barber and came in to be told I was being seen by someone else in a completely empty shop. Initially, I was taken aback by this an...d proceeded with an older man. After confirming I didn't speak Spanish, we worked through Google Translate, which I should've walked away from right then and there. After going over what I wanted, he immediately went in without confirming anything and just buzzed the side of my head. I had at no point wanted BALD, but I had to sit and take it because now I have half my head shaved. At no point did the appointment feel comfortable or professional. Halfway through, I had to walk out AFTER PAYING because there was not a single hair left I trusted him to touch. They in no way 'made it up.' I still regret paying. AND NOW I have a mohawk I have to get fixed somewhere else because people simply just don't know how to listen or say I am not sure I understand instead of putting a razor to my head and destroying it.
