Ki was phenomenal! Very flexible and top notch communication. Originally booked an appointment towards the end of the day for my husband and lil one. ...However, we got done early with our appointments and wanted to be seen earlier. Ki was gracious enough to see us earlier than our scheduled time and still did a phenomenal job with my husband's and lil one's haircut. TOTALLY RECOMMEND. Will be back again 🥰 Show more

Ki has a surgical precision when it comes to the shears & comb and a very warm and welcoming personality! I had the opportunity to be a guest in her ...chair for the first time while traveling in the Twin Cities and she took the time truly make me feel heard and understood in what I was looking for in my cut. She asked questions about how I typically styled my hair, when the last time I had it cut, and worked in her own input and suggestions and was more than open to seeing pictures I had after a recent cut to fully understand what I was describing and how it looked visually before even getting started on my hair. I could tell she was really taking the time and effort to understand what I was hoping for and it felt like a collaborative effort as she got to work and would talk through what she was doing and hand me the mirror to ask for input or adjustments as she progressed. I was super pleased with the end result which truly reflected her patience and willingness to listen, the time & detail that went into her entire creative process, and the amount of pride she takes in her craft. 

Booking was extremely simple and done online. I even booked the earliest appointment, on the day of, with only a few hours notice and received an email notification shortly after letting me know that Ki had confirmed the appointment and she was there smiling to welcome me in with no wait and no fuss about the short notice! I would highly recommend Ki to anyone that is local and in need of a new barber or visiting and in need of a cut or clean up, she will make you feel welcome & comfortable and certainly looking proper by the end of it!

Thank you again for the terrific cut and conversation, Ki! I look forward to having the chance to visit you some time again in the future when I am back in the area. Show more

Just got home, had to write a review ASAP. I booked late notice with an hour to spare and hoped that it'd be okay. I went inside and immediately felt... welcomed. Ki was AMAZING! She was such a fun person to talk to and she helped figure out exactly what I wanted since I was trying somethin new. I only had 1 reference photo and Ki immediately knew what I wanted - like she could read my mind.
