Hello good evening sir, I had your appointment for 7:15 today and was finished with my previous appointment and was detailing in the meantime while I waited for you to arrive, you never arrived. I have not received any call nor text from you the whole time either, please be considerate to the fact that you never once even came into the shop nor had any contact with me, why should I assume your outside watching in? With that being said please restrain from booking my services.
